The Application, including all code, graphics, user interface designs, audio, video, and documentation, is owned by Circle Hook Productions LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Application may include third-party software components that are subject to separate license terms. Such terms are available upon request.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Application, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
You retain ownership of content you create and submit through the Application, including catch photos and profile information.
By submitting content, you grant Circle Hook Productions LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Application and Services.
You are solely responsible for your content and represent that:
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Application, you consent to such collection and use.

You may disable some permissions, but this may limit Application functionality.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Application. Some updates may be required to continue using the Services. You agree that we may automatically update the Application on your Device.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may require you to use the latest version of the Application to access certain features or Services. Outdated versions may be blocked from accessing the Services.
You may terminate this license at any time by deleting the Application from your Device(s) and ceasing all use.

You assume all risk for your use of the Application and participation in any tournaments.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CIRCLE HOOK PRODUCTIONS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
Our total liability for all claims related to the Application shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Circle Hook Productions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Texas, and the decision shall be final and binding.
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

This EULA, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Circle Hook Productions LLC regarding the Application.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this EULA shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer this EULA or any rights hereunder. We may assign this EULA without restriction.
